Enforcement of Immigration Laws [GPSC]; Cites this act as the "Florida Security and Immigration Compliance Act." Prohibits agencies from entering into a contract for contractual services with contractors not registered and participating in a federal work authorization program by a specified date. Provides procedures and requirements with respect to verification of lawful presence in the United States by an agency, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2010 except as otherwise provided
