Early Learning [CPSC]; Deletes an obsolete reference to the repealed subsidized child care program. Replaces an obsolete reference to a repealed program with an updated reference to the school readiness program. Establishes the Gold Seal Quality Care program within the DCFS. Revises procedures for child care market rate reimbursement and child care grants. Revises provisions relating to statewide kindergarten screening and kindergarten readiness rates, etc.
