GENERAL BILL by Wise
Enterprise Zone Economic Stimulus [WPSC]; Renames the enterprise zone jobs credit as the enterprise zone job stimulus credit. Authorizes the enterprise zone job stimulus credit against the sales tax to be applied to new employees hired. Revises criteria for claiming the credit. Deletes the minimum threshold requirement for full-time jobs required to claim the credit. Amends a specified provision relating to rural enterprise zones, etc.
