Childhood Vaccinations [SPSC]; Requires a pediatrician or attending physician to discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives of each vaccination before a child is vaccinated. Provides requirements for the administration of certain vaccines required for school entry. Requires licensed health care providers to provide certain vaccine information statements to parents, legal guardians, and legal representatives before administering certain vaccines to children, etc.
