GENERAL BILL by Bogdanoff

Judiciary; Repeals provisions relating to regular terms of the Supreme Court, terms of the circuit courts, and regular and special terms of the district courts of appeal. Repeals provisions relating to requiring a judge to attend the first day of each term of the circuit court. Repeals provisions relating to a requirement that criminal trials be heard in the term of court prior to civil cases. Requires state, county, municipal, and other law enforcement agencies that conduct lineups to follow certain specified procedures, etc.

Effective Date: October 1, 2011, except as otherwise provided
