SB 1508: Costs of Prosecution

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Costs of Prosecution; Requires the clerk of the court to distribute the funds received from a defendant according to a specified order of priority when the defendant makes a partial payment to the clerk of costs of prosecution. Requires that a portion of the costs of prosecution be remitted to the State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund. Imposes certain costs on persons whose cases are disposed of under a pretrial intervention program or pretrial substance abuse intervention program, etc.
