       The Committee on Health Regulation (Ring) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 30 - 34
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) An applicant who:
    6         1. Has maintained his or her dental license in good
    7  standing in another state for 3 years immediately before
    8  applying to take the examinations required in this section to
    9  practice dentistry in this state;
   10         2. Is a graduate of a dental college or school that is not
   11  accredited in accordance with paragraph (2)(b) or of a dental
   12  college or school that is not approved by the board; and
   13         3. Has successfully passed the National Board of Dental
   14  Examiners dental examination or a regional dental examination,
   15  
   16  is entitled to take the examinations required in this section to
   17  practice dentistry in this state.

   20         And the title is amended as follows:
   21         Delete lines 7 - 8
   22  and insert:
   23         practice dentistry in this state and who have met
   24         other requirements is entitled to take such
   25         examinations; providing an effective date.
