       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on General Government
       Appropriations (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1865 and 1866
    4  insert:
    5         Section 69. Paragraph (f) of subsection (2) of section
    6  943.05, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         943.05 Criminal Justice Information Program; duties; crime
    8  reports.—
    9         (2) The program shall:
   10         (f) Establish, implement, and maintain a system for
   11  transmitting to and between criminal justice agencies
   12  information about writs of bodily attachment issued in
   13  connection with a court-ordered child support or alimony
   14  obligation. Such information shall include, but not be limited
   15  to, information necessary to identify the respondents and serve
   16  the writs.

   19  And the title is amended as follows:

   21         Delete line 202
   22  and insert:
   23         the act; amending s. 943.05, F.S.; directing the
   24         Criminal Justice Information Program within the
   25         Department of Law Enforcement to establish, implement,
   26         and maintain a system for transmitting to and between
   27         criminal justice agencies information about writs of
   28         bodily attachment issued in connection with a court
   29         ordered alimony obligation; providing a contingent
   30         effective date.
