Seaports; Includes representative of Port Citrus as member of Florida Seaport Transportation & Economic Development Council; provides that Citrus County may apply for grant for feasibility study through Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council; provides for evaluation; requires DOT to include study in budget request under certain circumstances; terminates membership of Port Citrus on council under certain circumstances, etc.
