       The Committee on Rules (Smith) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1249
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) The certification made pursuant to paragraph (a) is not
    6  rendered false if, after making the subject rate filing, the
    7  insurer provides the office with additional or supplementary
    8  information pursuant to a formal or informal request from the
    9  office. However, the actuary who is primarily responsible for
   10  preparing and submitting such information must certify the
   11  information in accordance with the certification required under
   12  paragraph (a) and the penalties in paragraph (b), except that
   13  the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, or chief
   14  actuary need not certify the additional or supplementary
   15  information.
   16         (e)(d) The commission may adopt rules and forms pursuant to
