SB 418: State Lotteries

GENERAL BILL by Flores ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Diaz de la Portilla

State Lotteries; Requires each retailer of lottery tickets to provide assistance to any individual who is blind or visually impaired and has requested assistance in filling out his or her lottery ticket. Provides that a retailer or an employee of the retailer is not liable under certain circumstances, etc.
