Umbilical Cord Blood Banking; Requires DOH to post on its website certain resources & link to specified materials regarding umbilical cord blood banking & to encourage health care providers to provide their pregnant patients with umbilical cord blood banking information; provides that health care provider or health care facility & its employees or agents are not liable for damages in civil action, subject to prosecution in criminal proceeding, or subject to disciplinary action by appropriate regulatory board for acting in good faith to comply with act.
