Postsecondary Education Funding; Conforms various provisions relating to postsecondary education funding; revises provisions relating to Florida Distance Learning Consortium, admissions application for transient students, fees for postsecondary education, Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program, tuition assistance programs, funding for workforce education programs, & remuneration of public postsecondary education presidents & administrative employees.
