SB 652: Liability of Spaceflight Entities

GENERAL BILL by Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Altman

Liability of Spaceflight Entities; Revises the definition of the term "spaceflight entity" to include certain manufacturers and suppliers for purposes of specified provisions for immunity from liability. Saves a provision from future repeal which provides spaceflight entities with immunity from liability for the loss, damage, or death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of spaceflight activities.
