Relief/Marissa Amora/DCFS; Provides relief for Marissa Amora in furtherance of chapter 2008-258, Laws of Florida. Provides a continuing appropriation to compensate Marissa Amora for injuries and damages sustained as a result of negligence by employees of the Department of Children and Family Services. Requires a specified legislative budget request. Provides legislative intent as to the waiver of all lien interests held by the state, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,700,000
