Unclaimed Deposits Held By Utilities; Requires that any unclaimed deposits held by a utility be deposited annually into the Ecosystem Management and Restoration Trust Fund in the Department of Environmental Protection to improve the water quality in Silver Springs and into the Grants and Donations Trust Fund in the Department of Community Affairs, or its successor agency, to supplement the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program. APPROPRIATION: $4,000,000
