3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Remove line 18 and insert:
5for state exchanges; prescription contraceptives requirement.-
6     Remove line 36 and insert:
7     (3)  A health insurance policy or group health insurance
8policy under which coverage is purchased in whole or in part
9with any state or federal funds through an exchange created
10pursuant to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care
11Act, Pub. L. No. 111-148, must cover prescription contraceptives
12if the plan also covers Viagra, Cialis, or other drugs used to
13treat erectile dysfunction.
14     (4)  As used in this section, the term:
15     (a)  "Prescription contraceptives" means any prescription
16drug or over-the-counter oral contraceptive approved by the
17United States Food and Drug Administration to prevent pregnancy.
18     (b)  "State" means this
