Child Protection; Revises definitions; revises provisions relating to criminal history records check on persons considered for child placement; provides procedures for certain hotline calls that do not meet criteria for report of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect, but indicate need for assistance; revises requirements for child protective investigations; revises provisions relating to required services; revises requirement for DCFS's training & quality assurance programs; revises provisions relating to child protective injunction; requires home study report if child has been removed from home & will be remaining with parent; provides additional requirements for case plans; provides that Children & Youth Cabinet shall meet at least 4 times but no more than 6 times each year.
