Workplace Safety; Requiring all public employers to comply with certain federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards by a certain date; requiring the Department of Financial Services to annually report injury and illness data for public employers to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives and publish such data on the department’s website; requiring the department to provide certain information on its website by a certain date, etc.
