       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (609984) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 3770 - 3778
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 89. Section 624.49, Florida Statutes, is created to
    7  read:
    8         624.49Prohibition on contracts.—Notwithstanding any other
    9  law, a medical provider providing pharmaceutical goods or
   10  services under chapter 440, or an entity acting on its behalf,
   11  may not be reimbursed pursuant to a contracted rate unless the
   12  provider directly contracted for that rate.

   16         Delete lines 4309 - 4315
   17  and insert:
   18         prescription drugs; creating s. 624.49, F.S.;
   19         providing that a medical provider providing
