Public Education; Defining the term “agency” for purposes of exempting school districts from reviewing rules and making certain reports; repealing provisions relating to the Family and School Partnership for Student Achievement Act; repealing provisions relating to public school parental choice; requiring that full-time equivalent student credit completed through the Florida Virtual School’s franchises and school district virtual instruction schools and programs be reported to the Department of Education and be funded through the Florida Education Finance Program; repealing provisions relating to standard high school diploma designations, etc.
