       The Committee on Budget (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (616172) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 99 - 104
    5  and insert:
    6         4. Medical benefits do not include massage as defined in s.
    7  480.033, regardless of the person, entity, or licensee providing
    8  massage, and a licensed massage therapist may not be reimbursed
    9  for medical benefits under this section. Reimbursement for
   10  acupuncture services is limited to the lesser of 15 treatments
   11  or the number of treatments rendered within 15 weeks after the
   12  date of the initial acupuncture treatment unless the insurer
   13  authorizes additional acupuncture services, regardless of the
   14  person, entity, or licensee providing the acupuncture services.

   18         And the title is amended as follows:
   19         Delete lines 923 - 925
   20  and insert:
   21         excluding massage from medical benefits that may be
   22         reimbursed under the motor vehicle no-fault law;
   23         limiting the number of acupuncture services; requiring
   24         that an insurer repay
