3	865.07, F.S., relating to a prohibition on certain
4	acts relating to adulterated syrup unless specified
5	information is provided; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Section 865.07, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
