Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act; Defining the terms “charitable contribution” and “qualified religious or charitable entity or organization”; exempting certain transfers of charitable contributions from the provisions of ch. 726, F.S., etc.

Effective Date: July 1, 2012, but does not apply to transfers that are avoided by the entry of a judgment prior to July 1, 2012
