PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Department of Economic Opportunity; Providing for the deposit of loan repayments, penalties, and other fees and charges into the State Housing Trust Fund in the State Treasury; providing that expenditures from the State Housing Fund for administrative and personnel costs are subject to appropriation by the Legislature; requiring that the interest received on investments of moneys in the State Housing Fund in excess of the amounts appropriated for the current fiscal year be credited to the State Housing Trust Fund, etc.
Effective Date: except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2012
