       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (109490) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 1114 and 1115
    5  insert:
    6  
    7         Section 32. Section 624.49, Florida Statutes, is created to
    8  read:
    9         624.49Prohibition on contracts.—Notwithstanding any other
   10  law, a medical provider providing pharmaceutical goods or
   11  services under chapter 440, or an entity acting on its behalf,
   12  may not be reimbursed pursuant to a contracted rate unless the
   13  provider directly contracted for that rate.

   16         And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 1316
   18  and insert:
   19         certain circumstances; creating s. 624.49, F.S.;
   20         providing that a medical provider providing
   21         pharmaceutical goods or services under ch. 440, F.S.,
   22         or an entity acting on its behalf, may not be
   23         reimbursed pursuant to a contracted rate unless the
   24         provider directly contracted for that rate; amending
   25         s. 651.118, F.S.;
