       The Committee on Community Affairs (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 720 - 727
    4  and insert:
    5  practicable. In addition, a supervisor may designate one early
    6  voting site per election in an area of the county that does not
    7  have any of the eligible early voting locations. Such additional
    8  early voting site must be geographically located so as to
    9  provide all voters in that area with an equal opportunity to
   10  cast a ballot, insofar as is practicable. Each county shall, at
   11  a minimum, operate the same total number of early voting sites
   12  for a general election which the county operated for the 2012
   13  general election. The results or tabulation of votes cast during
