       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Simmons) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 19 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) “Wrap-up insurance policy” means a consolidated
    6  insurance program or series of insurance policies issued to the
    7  nonpublic owner, the general contractor, or combination thereof
    8  which may provide one or more of the following types of
    9  insurance coverage for a contractor or subcontractor working at
   10  a specified contracted work site of a construction project:
   11  general liability, property damage liability, workers’
   12  compensation, employers’ liability, or pollution liability.
