       The Committee on Appropriations (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 154 and 155
    4  insert:
    5         (49) To adopt rules prescribing a priority for funding
    6  affordable housing projects in the Florida Keys Area of Critical
    7  State Concern and the City of Key West Area of Critical State
    8  Concern where, due to challenging environmental, land use,
    9  transportation, workforce, and economic factors, it is extremely
   10  difficult to successfully finance, develop, and construct
   11  affordable housing.
