GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Brandes ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Evers

Department of Transportation; Requiring the Transportation Commission to also monitor authorities created under ch. 345, F.S., relating to the Florida Regional Transportation Finance Authority Act; repealing the Florida Transportation Corporation Act; creating ch. 345, F.S., relating to the Florida Regional Transportation Finance Authority; renaming the Orlando-Orange County Expressway System as the “Central Florida Expressway System”; requiring the Department of Transportation to include funding for environmental mitigation for its projects in its work program, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect upon becoming a law
