The Florida Marriage Handbook; Creates Marriage Education Committee; provides for membership & terms of members; provides for administration within DCF; provides for creation of Florida Marriage Handbook; provides topics that may be covered; requires committee to obtain private funds for certain expenses; provides for distribution of handbook & encourages clerks of court to provide list of course providers & sites where marriage & relationship skill-building classes are available; provides for review & revision of handbook; requires marriage license applications to provide applicants with opportunity to receive electronic copy of handbook.
