Safe Schools Trust Fund/Department of Education; Creating the Safe Schools Trust Fund within the Department of Education; providing for sources of funds and purposes; providing for annual carryforward of trust fund balances; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.

Effective Date: July 1, 2013, if SB 1208 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law, but this act shall not take effect unless it is enacted by a three-fifths vote of the membership of each house of the Legislature
