       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 90 and 91
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. (1) The sum of $3 million in recurring general
    6  revenue funds is appropriated to the Department of Health
    7  beginning in the 2013-2014 fiscal year to provide for a rural
    8  primary care residency program at Sacred Heart Hospital to
    9  include family physicians and pediatricians.
   10         (2) The sum of $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue
   11  funds is appropriated to the Department of Health in the 2013
   12  2014 fiscal year for A Safe Haven for Newborns.
   13         (3) The sum of $200,000 in nonrecurring general revenue
   14  funds is appropriated to the Department of Health in the 2013
   15  2014 fiscal year for St. John Bosco Clinic.

   19         Delete line 17
   20  and insert:
   21         projects; providing for appropriations from general
