       The Committee on Health Policy (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 145 and 146
    4  insert:
    5         (9) All property and casualty insurance policies, except
    6  for policies issued for workers’ compensation, must include a
    7  per-policy fee in the amount of 25 cents which shall be paid to
    8  the office for the specific purpose of hiring sufficient
    9  qualified staff to conduct the review required under this
   10  section. This fee is not part of the premium.

   13         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 121 - 122
   15  and insert:
   16         Section 2. Subsection (1) of section 627.410, Florida
   17  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (9) is added to that
   18  section, to read:

   22         And the title is amended as follows:
   23         Delete line 12
   24  and insert:
   25         conforming provisions to changes made by the act;
   26         authorizing the imposition of a per-policy fee to pay
   27         for conducting form reviews;
