Reporting Requirements for Economic Development Programs; Requiring the Department of Economic Opportunity to publish on a website specified information concerning state investment in economic development programs; requiring the Office of Economic and Demographic Research to provide a description of specified methodology and formulas to the department and the department to publish the description on its website within a specified period; requiring the department to annually publish information relating to the progress of Quick Action Closing Fund projects, etc.
