Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly; Requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration to contract with a certain organization to provide services under the federal Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly in Duval, St. Johns, Baker, and Nassau Counties; authorizing, subject to appropriation, enrollment slots for the program in such counties, etc.
