Underground Natural Gas Storage; Declaring underground natural gas storage to be in the public interest; providing for the notice and permitting of storage in and recovery from natural gas storage reservoirs; granting authority to the Department of Environmental Protection to issue permits to establish natural gas storage facilities; providing for legal action against a person who appears to be violating a rule that relates to the storage or recovery of natural gas, etc.
