GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Rules ; Latvala ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grimsley ; Evers

Specialty License Plates; Authorizing the collection of annual use fees for the Fallen Law Enforcement Officers license plate, the Florida Sheriffs Association license plate, the Keiser University license plate, and the Moffitt Cancer Center license plate; revising provisions relating to the distribution of annual use funds to the Astronauts Memorial Foundation, Inc., for the Challenger/Columbia specialty license plate; requiring the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to discontinue the plates under certain circumstances; establishing an annual use fee for the plates; providing for the distribution of use fees received from the sale of such plates, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect October 1, 2014
