JOINT RESOLUTION by Dudley
Producers of Renewable Energy; Proposes creation of s. 28, Art. X of State Constitution to provide that person, corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity that exclusively produces renewable energy is not a public utility & to provide that definitions of terms "public utility" & "renewable energy" shall be prescribed by general law.
