Senator Bullard moved the following:

3 Between lines 37 and 38
4 insert:
5 Section 2. Subsection (3) of section 448.110, Florida
6 Statutes, is amended to read:
7 448.110 State minimum wage; annual wage adjustment;
8 enforcement.—
9 (3) Effective January 1, 2015 May 2, 2005, employers shall
10 pay employees a minimum wage at an hourly rate of $10.00 $6.15
11 for all hours worked in Florida. An employer may not pay an
12 employee at a rate less than the state minimum wage Only those
13 individuals entitled to receive the federal minimum wage under
14 the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and its implementing
15 regulations shall be eligible to receive the state minimum wage
16 pursuant to s. 24, Art. X of the State Constitution and this
17 section. The provisions of ss. 213 and 214 of the federal Fair
18 Labor Standards Act, as interpreted by applicable federal
19 regulations and implemented by the Secretary of Labor, are
20 incorporated herein.

27 expanding the original jurisdiction of county courts;
28 amending s. 448.110, F.S.; increasing the state
29 minimum wage as of a specified date; prohibiting an
30 employer from paying an employee less than the minimum
31 wage; removing a provision that limits an employee’s
32 eligibility to receive a minimum wage; removing a
33 provision that incorporates by reference the federal
34 Fair Labor Standards Act; creating s. 448.115, F.S.;
35 defining the term
