GENERAL BILL by Braynon
Athletic Safety, Education, and Training; Citing this act as the “Safe Athletics Education and Training Act of 2014”; requiring the Florida High School Athletic Association to adopt specified bylaws regarding the promotion of respectful conduct in interscholastic athletics; requiring specified organizations using specified facilities to comply with policies regarding the promotion of respectful conduct for certain non-interscholastic athletic events; prohibiting bullying or harassment in intercollegiate athletics, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
