    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 560 - 563
    4  and insert:
    5  will foster and promote the research necessary to develop
    6  commercially promising, advanced, and innovative science and
    7  technology and will transfer those discoveries to the commercial
    8  sector. This may include developing a proposal to establish a
    9  Center of Excellence for Aerospace.
