    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (571126) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 39 - 45
    5  and insert:
    6         (b) Upon receiving the necessary federal approval for the
    7  statewide prepaid dental program and in order to ensure that
    8  high-quality dental care is provided to Medicaid recipients, the
    9  agency shall issue a competitive procurement to licensed prepaid
   10  dental health plans to implement the dental health program. The
   11  agency shall include all counties in the competitive
   12  procurement. All existing contracts entered into with licensed
   13  prepaid dental health plans become null and void upon
   14  procurement of new contracts.

   19  and insert:
   20         directing the agency to issue a competitive
