       Senator Lee moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (526842) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 1216
    5  and insert:
    6  a title insurance agent or agency. It is the intent of the
    7  Legislature that the continuation of this exemption be
    8  contingent on title insurers adding employees to their payroll.
    9  Between July 1, 2014, and July 1, 2016, title insurers currently
   10  holding a valid certificate of authority from this state shall,
   11  in the aggregate, add a minimum of 600 Florida-based employees
   12  to their payroll, as verified by the Department of Economic
   13  Opportunity. The department shall submit such verification to
   14  the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of
   15  Representatives by October 1, 2016. This paragraph expires
   16  December 31, 2017, unless reenacted by the Legislature before
   17  that date; or

   23         premiums for bail bonds; providing legislative intent;
   24         requiring certified title insurers to add a specified
   25         number of jobs within a certain time; providing for
