SB 562: Sexual Predators and Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Gibson
Sexual Predators and Offenders; Prohibiting a person from knowingly authorizing or allowing a sexual predator or sexual offender to operate a motor vehicle owned or under the dominion or control of that person, except for certain purposes; providing a criminal penalty; providing that provisions relating to disposition of traffic infractions, is not available to a person who is charged with the offense of knowingly authorizing or allowing a sexual predator or sexual offender to operate a motor vehicle owned or under the dominion or control of that person, etc.
