Concealed Weapons and Firearms; Prohibiting a person from openly carrying a handgun or carrying a concealed weapon or firearm into a hospital, mental health facility, or nursing home unless such person is a security guard employed by the hospital, mental health facility, or hospital or a law enforcement officer; providing a criminal penalty, etc.
