       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 305 and 306
    4  insert:
    5         Section 5. Subsection (18) is added to section 409.175,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         409.175 Licensure of family foster homes, residential
    8  child-caring agencies, and child-placing agencies; public
    9  records exemption.—
   10         (18) Owners, operators, employees, and volunteers working
   11  in summer day camps or summer 24-hour camps providing care for
   12  children must pass a background screening, using the level 2
   13  standards for screening set forth in chapter 435. The
   14  fingerprints required for level 2 screening must be submitted by
   15  the Department of Children and Families to the Agency for Health
   16  Care Administration for inclusion in the Care Provider
   17  Background Screening Clearinghouse established under s. 435.12.
