       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 77 and 78
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Subsection (4) is added to section 327.60,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         327.60 Local regulations; limitations.—
    8         (4) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, a local
    9  government that is not participating in a pilot program pursuant
   10  to s. 327.4105 may regulate the distance from a private
   11  residence that a vessel may anchor overnight. This subsection
   12  expires on October 31, 2017.

   17  and insert:
   18         regulation of mooring vessels; amending s. 327.60,
   19         F.S.; authorizing a local government that is not

   22         anchor overnight; providing an expiration date;
   23         amending s. 327.731,
