Section 565.04, Florida Statutes, is amended to 6 read: 7 565.04 Package store restrictions.—Vendors licensed under 8 s. 565.02(1)(a) shall notin said place of businesssell, offer, 9 or expose for sale any merchandise other than such beverages, in 10 the licensed premises, and the licensed premisessuch places of11businessshall be devoted exclusively to such sales; provided, 12 however, that such vendors shall be permitted to sell bitters, 13 grenadine, nonalcoholic mixer-type beverages (not to include 14 fruit juices produced outside this state), fruit juices produced 15 in this state, home bar, and party supplies and equipment 16 (including but not limited to glassware and party-type foods), 17 miniatures of no alcoholic content, and tobacco products. The 18 licensed premisesSuch places of businessshall have no more 19 than one entranceopeningspermitting direct access to any other 20 building or room, provided the entrance has a door capable of 21 being opened and closed by patrons and a separate outside 22 entrance is providedexcept to a private office or storage room23of the place of business from which patrons are excluded.The 24 licensed premises may also have a private office or storage room 25 from which patrons are excluded. 26 Section 2.
