Notwithstanding any other law, each district 6 school board shall implement a program that studies and assesses 7 the effectiveness of using statewide, standardized comprehensive 8 examinations to achieve the purpose of the student assessment 9 program for public schools specified in s. 1008.22(1), Florida 10 Statutes.
